The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to offer assistance whenever I needed it. The hotel's location was also great, as it was close to many shopping centers and public transportation options, making it easy for me to get around this city. Additionally, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable and quiet night's sleep.

It's not all doom and gloom at this hotel; on the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a convenient fast-food joint close by.
The condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Our room was outdated and in dire need of a renovation - the walls had questionable stains, the bed was uncomfortable and there were few amenities to be found.
